A MOMENT TO RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF
This event offers a moment and a space for you to reconnect with yourself through movement, breathing and stillness.
The practice is for everyone and you are welcome as you are. We will start with breath work and a dynamic flow of simple yoga postures, which we repeat several times for you to get familiar with the movements and really drop into the felt sense of your body and breath.
This is followed by a moment in stillness for you to notice what the physical movements and the breath work has brought up and explore the more subtle movements of energy, thoughts, emotions and sensations in a guided meditation.
The practice is wrapped up with a guided relaxation to help you integrate it all and release what is no longer needed.
